Hey guys, welcome back to my podcast show Path to Kingdom. For today’s episode, I invited Eric Balance to come join me for a talk on business leadership and how to be an effective leader in this day and age.
For those of you who don’t know Eric yet, he is a Conscious Cash Flow Consultant who helps conscious creators engineer automation for monthly recurring revenue. He has a podcast show called The Resilient Minds Podcast and like me, he is also a Platinum Partner with Tony Robbins.
When it comes to business and leadership principles, Eric is one of those that you can really learn a lot from. By just listening to his mind and his thoughts on the subject, you can really tell that he is adding value to your life.
The chokehold in the business
One of the things that Eric discussed in this interview is about the leader being the chokehold on any business. It’s the leader that fundamentally needs to be the one who is willing to step up.
And so when they have a vision and identity, it’s not just about the product or service anymore. It’s also about how they serve the client and how they understand what the client actually needs. Basically, it’s having that client-centric outlook that will allow them to provide more value to their client.
Moreover, as the chokehold of the business, a leader must have a vision and a strong why. He or she must have the integral why of wanting to really create a better version of himself or herself. Instead of doubting and thinking ahead of the negative side, the better question to ask is, “How is this going to help in making my vision come to life?”
In order to empower others to be part of an exponential growth with you, you have to be empowered yourself first. Because hundred percent of the time it’s the leader that really builds the business and creates culture.
If you don’t have a powerful culture within yourself and an identity that is going to allow you to elaborate on that, you are not going to manifest that and pass that on to your team. People need to overcome and see that there is certainty in the leader. If there is certainty in the leader, there is certainty in the team.
Now, this is just the tip of the iceberg of the things that Eric and I have talked about in this episode. If you want to learn more and be inspired further, then do check out the full episode.
Stay Royal,
Jack
