Get To Know Your Inner Self
People go into relationships and jobs without ever thinking about the outcome they want, disassociating from their ability to take responsibility and to co-create the result that will impact their life.
People want to feel in control, to feel secure, and from there, in the midst of security they can do everything else they put their mind to.
Due to Negativity Bias, people remember unpleasant experiences and trauma more often than good ones.
Remembering when you were powerful when you were able to do things is a good way to balance Negativity Bias.
Being clear with your desires points you towards deeper inner knowing especially of the self when you realize what lightens up that fire within.
This requires self-inquiry and digging deeper:
“Is it possible for your inner self to go ahead with your desires when it doesn’t trust that you will take care of it when you need it?”
“How would the Inner Self and the Self stand confidently together, how would they operate if they were separated?”
How would it look like if you were united with your Inner Self?
It’s fear that keeps us from moving forward is a side-effect of the things happening in our lives.
Taking note of the little things that you’re grateful for and proud of achieving, and mix these little things, the big things is already rewiring your mind.
